Small Firms Loan Guarantee Scheme

The Small Firms Loan Guarantee Scheme (SFLG) is a DTI backed scheme where banks are able to lend up to £250,000 to businesses where no security is available. Subject to eligibility the DTI will guarantee up to 75% of the loan with the bank requiring no security for the other 25%.

Our consultants have a wealth of experience and contacts in this field and a 90% success rate in obtaining funds from banks, whereas statistics show that direct applications have a less than 25% success rate.

SFLG applications require a full business plan and 2-3 year cashflow, profit and loss and balance sheet projections to be submitted and our consultants have a great deal of experience in producing these in the way that the banks will require them.
